Lorca is located near SDSU in a quiet neighborhood including a mix of single and multi-family structures. Ownership commissioned Momentum to design a duplex, including 1,200 sf. ADUs. Topography on site presented a host of challenges with approximately 12-16 feet of elevation change front to back, and side to side. Several design studies were performed optimizing building placement, size and scale.

Units include both two and three-bedroom layouts, including ample kitchen and living spaces, and outdoor deck areas. In-suit laundry, tankless water heaters, ducted heating and cooling, solar panels, and on-site parking are provided.
