The City of San Diego has expanded the potential for owners to design and build ADUs where they may not have been possible in the past. Momentum offers a wealth of experience planning, designing, permitting and constructing ADUs.

Stewart Street presented a great opportunity to design and build an ADU given its large undeveloped rear yard space. Ownership requested a cost efficient single-story ADU including a large kitchen/living area, three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, connection to the outdoors, and privately situated away from the primary residence. The structure was built in less than four months, generates top rental income, and received positive reviews from neighboring owners given its size, scale, and placement on the site.
