San Diego’s Mission Bay draws locals and vacationers from all over the world. 3856 Bayside Walk is unique in that the lot runs from the alley to the boardwalk, presenting a rare opportunity to develop a multi-unit structure ‘on the bay’.

Ownership commissioned Momentum to navigate San Diego’s complex coastal development permitting process, designing a three-story family compound including multiple dwelling units with views from the bay to downtown. Momentum collaborated with local Architect Garrett Van Leeuwen, AIA to create this one-of-a-kind piece of coastal architecture.
