Ownership commissioned Momentum to design a new second-floor dwelling unit over existing conditions below. Tasked with maximizing rental opportunity and enhancing overall site conditions, the existing 1,200 sf. two-bed, two-bath cottage was thoroughly renovated. Enhancements include a full interior remodel and new second-floor addition with vaulted ceilings, and full-length balcony with views to Mission Bay and downtown.
