La Maestra Community Health Centers (LMCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides culturally and linguistically competent primary care, specialty services, and essential support services to low-income and immigrant residents in San Diego County.

Momentum Architecture has been commissioned as Architect of Record for an expansion to their City Heights Office Space, and a complete exterior reimage and interior tenant improvement for their new Women’s Clinic in El Cajon, San Diego.
